Ok. Bersambung kes haritu. Memang dah terbukti yang orang tu ambik my design and brought it to a printing shop to get it done. I am so furious right now. Dah la tak mintak izin. Sesuka hati dia je nak plagiat design saya. What should I do now? How am I supposed to get the copyrights reserved? Nanti saya ambik gambar kad tu and post it here. *tak puas hati gila*
My husband told me that that person pernah tanya where did we get the printing done and how much does it cost. But NEVER ask from me if they could use the design. Hello, dahla kedai tu dapat untung from MY DESIGN. Sesuka hati charge orang lain guna design saya. Adalah tidak adil dan boleh dikenakan tindakan.
So my friends, how am I supposed to get over this?

anyways, on this issue. if tak puas hati, i think you should talk to the person lah before buat apa-apa. macam mana you found out that dia betul-betul used your design? agak curious di situ.
be honest wif him that you aren't that comfortable wif the fact that dia amik your design. tapi make sure that your design memang betul-betul original niha. tetiba dia tunjuk design lain yang lebih kurang sama wif yours ke.

Mr. Ein : some people would go up to that extent. takat saman kedai kecik, tak berbaloi kot. unless saman kilang or company yang besar. barula berbaloi :P
in this matter, perlu bincang dengan pihak terbabit. actually, credit jela org yg dia nak tiru tu. or at least ask for permission. penat den buat. sesedap rasa je tiru. huk. sungguh tak best.
