Currently I'm trying the Cry It Out method on Amna. By the second time I applied on her today, she already knows that she has to go to sleep by herself. But then, all my effort goes down the drain when the father keeps picking her up and rocking her to sleep. It's not him who has to bear with all the cries during the day time, it is ME.
