Took 2-day leave on Monday and yesterday. Amna has chicken pox. Body covered in blisters and pity her, merengek these few days. Petang semalam macam sihat sikit, terus ceria makan ais krim kelapa heheheh...
It started on Friday. Balik tu tengok ehhh Amna ada kudis kat kepala! I suspected she had an allergy so I told my husband. That Saturday monring, bila nak mandikan Amna --- blisters started popping on her back and from there I know she has chicken pox. Well hello, my siblings and I got chicken pox masa sekolah rendah. It was horrifying, expecially adik number 4 tu jenis auta lebih sikit. Melolong-lolong mandikan dengan air ubat singseh. Tu belum part sapu calamine lotion lagi. Macam kena pukul. Capuk-capuk semua muka dengan calamine and scabs. Except for me, I got only small blisters sikit-sikit and in my mouth.

On Monday, husband told me that the nanny from Amna's nursery reported only 9 kids showed up, out of 30!. Eben one of the nannies were sent home - chicken pox jugak. It is an outbreak la kan? I hope parents out there please be extra careful and thoughtful about sending your sick kids to school or nurseries. Kesian tau kat anak-anak kecik. Amna is almost 2 years old, so she can tell at least in a word or two if it's itchy or painful but babies??? I suspect someone within the nursery has siblings or family members who got infected around two weeks ago by chicken pox and thus spreading the virus at the nursery. Yes, incubation period is 2 weeks. Pandai-pandailah korang Google pasal chicken pox ni. The most critical part is actually masa blisters tengah naik - memang tersangatlah contagious. My advice, always wash your hands and change your clothes or at least mandi before pegang anak. Dah musim chicken pox ni.
And today, I feel like tak berapa larat nak pergi kerja. Ya Allah jauhkanlah dari kesakitan. Paranoid jugak sebab takut kena chicken pox pulak huhuhuhu~ bergilir-gilir cuti dengan husband jaga Amna. As for these few days, asyik upload gambar Amna je. Mesti orang muak tengok kan. Hahahahahahaaa~
Semalam Rezal tried bringing Amna for a ride, Amna refused sambil sebut "Ibuuuuuu~!!! Ibuuuu~!!!" nangis sekuat hati. Ayahnya sentap habis sebab selama ni memang Amna suka sangat keluar dengan ayah. Kwang kwang kwanggg~ These days ni memang Amna manja. Tidur nak peluk lengan okeh. Bangun pagi kalau ibu takde mesti nangis. Awwwww... Ni rasa nak balik cepat nih.
Today nak gagahkan diri jugak untuk ke Alamanda, beli fruits, mengidam okehhhh... Plus nak buatkan fruit jellies untuk Amna. Limau mandarin banyak ni. Boleh beli banyak-banyak yeayyyyy!!!
